-APC reveals plans to replace vacant positions in the NWC of the party
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has unveiled plans to fill some vacant positions in its national working committee (NWC)  at a mini convention this year.

The New Telegraph reports that the APC national chairman, John Odigie-Oyegun had stated during a press briefing that either himself or the national secretary would be speaking for the party pending when the party would elect another national publicity secretary.

One of the positions, that has to be replaced is the national publicity secretary, which has been a source of concern and controversy for the party since Lai Mohammed was appointed, minister of  Information and Culture.

It would be recalled that since Lai Mohammed left to serve as a minister, the APC leadership has not been able to have a spokesperson for the party as the NWC members have prevented the deputy national publicity secretary of the party, Timi Frank to step in in acting capacity as provided for the party’s constitution. This, however, has caused a serious concern in the information management of the party.
