GEJ bought expired weapons: Nigerians lash Lai Mohammed
Lai Mohammed, the minister of information and culture yesterday took a swipe at former president, Goodluck Jonathan, accusing him of buying substandard and expired weapons to fight the war against Boko Haram.
Jonathan in an exclusive interview to France 24 had said the present administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari was fighting the Boko Haram insurgents with the weapons his administration left.
In reaction, Mohammed said the weapons bought by Jonathan could not have been responsible for the recent successes of the military in the fight against terrorism as they were substandard.
Mohammed has blamed Jonathan for almost everything going wrong in the present administration led by Buhari.
It seems Nigerian are getting tire of his blame game and they took to social media to attack him.
